In 1913 the Vermilion Grove Plat was approved. It appears to us they were building a city. There were adds taken out in newspapers across the US and lots marketed by the Vermilion Summer Home Company. Small parcels were bought, sold and forfeited over a period of 112 years.
In 2025 we got an opportunity to acquire large portions of this dream. We are actively working with local contractors, authorities and land owners to modernize this vision in Frazer Bay.
