Red Sunset Land Development is a small locally owned and operated company based in Cook MN. We are actively buying, selling and developing real estate in the Lake Vermilion area.

We also own and operate Oak Narrows Storage providing self storage 1/2 mile from Oak Narrows Public Access. Our centralized location has provided a mainland base for Lake Vermilion cabin owners and visitors since 2007.

Finally we offer roadside advertising displays north and south of Cook MN to area business around Lake Vermilion, Orr MN, Crane Lake and Voyageurs National Park.
