small locally owned company based out of Cook Minnesota.
We specialize in offering affordable waterfront and
recreational property in the Lake Vermilion area. In
addition to buying and selling properties we also
currently operate a
self storage facility located 1/2
mile before the Oak Narrows public landing on Lake
